The seminar entitled "The Essential of Dialogue” aimed to provide Arab youth with the proper tools to enrich dialogue by triggering Arab and Islamic identity and achieving mutual understanding without standing as an accused or in a position of self-defense. The seminar was implemented in Al Hayat Center in cooperation with the Tabah Foundation in the United Arab Emirates. Observations from previous cross cultural exchanges between Arabs and the West highlighted the pressing need for this seminar as many of the young men and women who engage in such exchanges struggle to represent their culture effectively, as well as fail to make a clear argument with opposing viewpoints. Results of this seminar were the participants establishing an Arab Youth Unit Center. This seminar was funded directly by the Tabah Foundation.
